Locate the query in Bogotá

Locate an area by coordinates or general address and place search; a match does not identify or certify a parcel. Enable layers, select a polygon and read its attributes. The Lots layer identifies the mapped lot and its LOTCODIGO and queries planning polygons intersecting its entire outline; a lot may contain several properties and does not certify a legal property unit. From the record, query planning across the lot: its complete geometry is retrieved and validated. After completion, save that lot and select a different LOTCODIGO to compare two queries, keeping sources, dates, errors and partial results separate; no percentages or development rights are calculated. A mapped lot is not a legal property unit. Parcel planning reports and official land-use queries are provided by SINUPOT. The independent ANLA project query shows areas and attributes published by the Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), retaining its attribution. The prepared example opens record objectid 125 for file LAM2782. Its literal note “Bodega activa de acuerdo con el ESA” (“Warehouse active according to the ESA”) belongs to the historical source; it does not confirm current operation. This is not land-use zoning and establishes neither current legal validity of permits nor a complete district inventory. One file may have several areas and acts: records are not unique projects, and their areas must not be summed as affected district land. The act date is not a mapping update; the source declares neither a mapping scale nor a dataset-wide date, and the item declares no specific reuse licence. Queries are limited to 500 records and 2 MiB; results depend on the queried area and may be partial. Consult the official ANLA links and confirm the file and its acts.

Bogotá uses CHIP and BARMANPRE in cadastral sources. Local cadastre filters a 12-digit LOTCODIGO only within the visible area; this is not a district-wide or NPN search. GeoSAT does not search parcels by these identifiers or convert them to Medellín’s CBML. Use the official Cadastre and Planning channels to locate and consult a parcel by its identifier.

Queries cover the visible area and are limited to 500 records and 2 MiB per response. Intersecting polygons retain their complete geometry; statistics describe loaded records. Service verification dates are not data dates.
